About Loulou Boutique
Loulou Womenswear Boutique was opened in May 2012 at Pyle Garden Village. Jayne James, a former BBC Wales Newsreader decided to open a Womens' fashion boutique along with her sister Debra and her friend Caroline. The shop is a collaboration of styles, shapes and ideas which are constantly changing. The business has grown so much that it has had an extension almost doubling the shops size.
The three partners believe that there is something for everyone, rather than everything for someone and their ethos is to allow you to browse if you want, or advise when needs be.
