Are you dog friendly?
Yes, our Garden Centre is dog friendly and so is the outdoor terrace of the Olive Tree Restaurant. Dogs must be supervised at all times.
Do you have public toilets?
Our toilets and baby changing facilities are located just outside of the entrance to The Olive Tree Restaurant. We have a single toilet with baby changing facilities located near the tills at the James Food Hall.
Do you have a cafe or restaurant?
We have a restaurant called The Olive Tree and a deli kitchen called Green and Wild.
How do I find The Olive Tree?
The Olive Tree Restaurant is located in the main car park on the upper level of the site, the restaurant can be accessed here. We also have a boardwalk located in the covered area of the garden centre which will take you directly up to the restaurant.
How do I find Green and Wild?
Green and Wild is located inside the James Food Hall which can be accessed from both the lower and the main car park.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! We sell both Pyle Garden Centre & HTA Vouchers at our tills.
Are you wheelchair friendly?
Due to the nature of the site, we are based on two levels. We do however have a boardwalk that links the two site levels, making us accessible for wheelchair users.
Do you have a butchers?
Yes, we have a butchers based inside the food hall, open 7 days a week. They are a concession run by Farmers Pantry. For more information you can contact them on 01656 670905
