What are the terms and conditions of the lifetime plant guarantee?
Our lifetime plant guarantee applies to all our perennial plants. If for any reason any of these plants should fail to establish, we will replace them free of charge. Simply bring your plant into your nearest store, along with your proof of purchase and your plant label and we will happily either replace your plant for you or give you a full refund. Naturally, this guarantee is subject to you following the planting and care instructions supplied with the plant. Extreme climatic conditions may invalidate this guarantee. This guarantee does not affect or alter your statutory rights in any way.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes, our Garden Centre is dog friendly and so is the outdoor terrace of the Olive Tree Restaurant and Green and Wild. Dogs must be supervised at all times.
Do you have public toilets?
Our toilets and baby changing facilities are located just outside of the entrance to The Olive Tree Restaurant. We have a single toilet with baby changing facilities located near the tills at the James Food Hall.
Do you have a cafe or restaurant?
We have a restaurant called The Olive Tree and a deli kitchen called Green and Wild. The Olive Tree Restaurant is located in the main car park on the upper level of the site, the restaurant can be accessed here. We also have a boardwalk located in the covered area of the garden centre which will take you directly up to the restaurant. Green and Wild is located inside the James Food Hall which can be accessed from both the lower and the main car park.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes! We sell both Pyle Garden Centre & HTA Vouchers at our tills.
Are you wheelchair friendly?
Due to the nature of the site, we are based on two levels. We do however have a boardwalk that links the two site levels, making us accessible for wheelchair users. We also have 2 on site wheelchairs that are available for customer use.
Do you have a butchers?
Yes, we have a butchers based inside the food hall, open 7 days a week. They are a concession run by Farmers Pantry. For more information you can contact them on 01656 670905
