Unless additional postage charges have been agreed via email, any orders placed outside of our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 8am to 6.30pm on a Wednesday.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) on a working day will be processed that day and delivered the following Wednesday provided all stock items are available. We reserve the right to deliver on any working day if it is beneficial to the business. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.) Orders placed for goods using our ‘Local Delivery Only' service will be delivered within 7 working days of us receiving your order.

It may be the case that some items are not in stock. If so, we shall inform you by email, and advise you of your options.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for any reason Pyle Garden Centre will inform you as soon as possible.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations Pyle Garden Centre shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Pyle Garden Centre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Pyle Garden Centre will inform you as soon as possible.

The goods may be delivered by Pyle Garden Centre in advance of the quoted delivery date.

All deliveries will be contactless curb side deliveries and Pyle Garden Centre will not be able to take deliveries into/through the customer’s house. Therefore, the responsibility lies with the customer to take in goods.

When your order arrives, you must check for damages and or shortages. Claims for damages and or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Claims for damages and or shortages made after 48 hours of your delivery arriving will be refused. Time and date of delivery is recorded with our delivery driver. Unfortunately, loyalty points are not available for online orders. Instead, we offer cheaper delivery and exclusive discounts.
