PGC Rewards Club - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
The PGC Rewards Club (“Rewards Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is run by Pyle Garden Centre Ltd. These Terms and Conditions explain how the Rewards Club works, how you can collect and redeem points, and the rules that apply to your membership.
By joining or using the PGC Rewards Club — whether in-store or via our mobile app — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
2. Joining the Rewards Club
Membership is free and open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
You can join in-store or via the PGC Rewards mobile app.
To join, we’ll ask for your name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
Each member may hold only one account.
3. Collecting Points
You’ll earn points on qualifying purchases made at Pyle Garden Centre.
Points may not be earned on certain items such as gift vouchers or sale items
To collect points, you must present your card, app, or registered details at checkout.
Points will usually appear in your account within 24 hours.
If you forget to scan your card in store, receipts can be added to your account within 30 days of the date of the receipt. Points can be added by visiting us in store
4. Redeeming Points & Rewards
Points can be redeemed for vouchers, discounts, or other rewards as advertised from time to time.
Redemption values and available rewards are set by us and may change periodically.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers issued through the Rewards Club may carry their own expiry dates and conditions of use. Full terms and conditions for the vouchers/offers can be found in the app
5. Account & Communications
You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.
We may contact you by email or via app notifications about your membership, rewards balance, or offers (see Privacy Notice below).
You can manage your communication preferences at any time via the app or by contacting us.
6. Expiry & Inactivity
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.
If your account remains inactive for 18 months (no points earned or redeemed), it may be closed and your balance forfeited.
7. Misuse & Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a membership if we believe the scheme is being misused, or for fraud or abuse of the programme.

8. Changes to the Scheme
We may make reasonable changes to these Terms, the way points are collected or redeemed, or withdraw the scheme entirely.
We’ll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes by email, in-store, or on our website/app.
9. Liability
Pyle Garden Centre Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of the Rewards Club, except where we fail to meet our legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can change your preferences or opt out at any time through the app, by following the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for as long as you are a member of the Rewards Club and for up to 18 months after inactivity, unless we are required by law to keep it longer (for example, for accounting purposes).
7. Who We Share Your Data With
We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate the scheme, such as:
App developers and hosting providers
Email and marketing platforms
IT support services
All partners are bound by strict data protection agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
