Lifetime Plant Guarantee

At Pyle Garden Centre, we take pride in the quality of our perennial plants. That's why we offer a Lifetime Plant Guarantee to give you confidence in your purchase.

1. Eligibility

Our Lifetime Plant Guarantee applies to all perennial plants purchased from Pyle Garden Centre.

2. What's Covered?

If your perennial plant fails to establish for any reason, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the plant with the same variety or

  • Provide a full refund of the original purchase price.

3. How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under our plant guarantee, please visit us in store with:

  • The failed plant (or as much of it as is reasonably possible);

  • Your original proof of purchase; and

  • The original plant label.

Claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase. If you are a member of our rewards club, you can find your receipts on the app. Details: (Navigate to Account —> Purchases)

4. Conditions of the Guarantee

This guarantee is provided on the understanding that:

  • The plant has been planted and cared for in accordance with the planting and care instructions supplied with the plant.

  • The plant has been grown in suitable conditions for its species.

  • Reasonable care has been taken to water, feed, and maintain the plant as required.

5. Exclusions

The Lifetime Plant Guarantee does not apply where failure is caused by, or significantly contributed to, circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather or climatic conditions, including drought, flooding, prolonged frost, heatwaves, or storms;

  • Neglect, misuse, accidental damage, or improper planting;

  • Pest or disease infestations where reasonable preventative care has not been taken;

  • The Lifetime Plant Guarantee only applies to perennial plants

Pyle Garden Centre reserves the right to inspect the plant before approving a claim.

6. Replacement Plants

Replacement plants supplied under this guarantee are covered by the same Lifetime Plant Guarantee, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Availability

If the original plant variety is no longer available, we may offer a suitable alternative or a full refund

8. Your Statutory Rights

This Lifetime Plant Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits your legal rights.
